Product: RCSS Resurrect-PM
Type :Sleep and recovery formula
General overview:
Check it :
1 scoop= 8grams give you 4cal, 0g sugar, 0g fat and only 1g of carb(too little to make any significant changes to your body, you're good)
1scoop gives you Zinc, Magnesium and B6= ZMA, so you can save money by not buying a separate ZMA blend if you already are. The dosage in this bad boy is sufficient.
This stuff is made up of two main matrices/proprietary blend which is R.E.M. (Rapid Eye Movement) Mass and Growth Hormone Optimizers and the other matrix is LMT(Lean Muscle Tissue) Recovery Matrix.
The R.E.M. Mass and Growth Hormone Optimizers contains pretty standard ingredients. Design to relax your body and it's typical in most sleeping aid formula. L-arginine also promotes growth hormone just so you know.
The LMT Recovery Matrix which has creatine gluconate which is basically creatine bonded with glucose molecule and the other ingredient is the infamous Hica. increases the synthesis of protein
It's not a cheap ingredient. So Ronnie Coleman is not playing games when he says you'll be building some muscles when you're sleeping.
Instructions:
1scoop(8grams) in water, shake it up and chug it down. Do this 30 minutes before bed and on an empty stomach.
Suggest usage is 5 days on and 2 days off meaning the 5 days should be your workout days. What I do is take it 4 days and 3 days off. to stretch the supplement because I'm broke. I usually take it from Monday, Wednesday and Friday and the other 4 days off. Why? Because those are my workout days.
Personal comment:
I actually like this stuff. Initially, I thought it would be bull and I shouldn't have wasted my money on this thing. For the first few trials of this product, I didn't feel a thing. I don't go to sleep any easier nor do I get the best sleep. So I thought this was a flop.
After using this stuff for about 3 weeks now, I actually feel the effects of the product after taking it for about a week and a half. I find that I do sleep better and I have more energy in the gym becasue of that sleep. However I also find that waking up is harder. This stuff knocks me out and I get up feeling super groggy but it gets better. So this stuff is really cool in my books
my bummed out fingers are seen. |
As you can see in the photo, the tub looks half empty, right? Wrong, the tub is actually three quarters empty. When I opened this stuff at first I was excited because I got a free Myo-Blitz sample, Yayyy!! But then I looked at the bottom, it's only a quarter filled. I was like, shit, bums me out man. I know that all supplements are packed by its weight not the container size. But as a buyer when you see three quarters of an empty tub you'll be bummed out.
Taste, mix-ability and texture :
Let's start with the taste. First off, the Blue Razz Dream, I wasn't dreaming after drinking this. The taste of Blue Razz Dream is kinda horrible, not as good as expected. The sensacool tech did not help make it taste better. Lucky for me I had the Blue Razz Dream as my sample packet. The Midnight Grape however, is pretty good. At first it tastes kinda funky, but you'll get used to it. You'll be surprised that you'll come to like it. So, I really like the Midnight Grape, I recommend that flavour.
Blue liquid with a little bit of foam on top. Both flavours are blue. |
Mix ability won't be that much of an issue because, it mixes quite well. you'll see some granules sink to the bottom, those are probably the creatine gluconate. Texture wise; flavoured water.
