Like I said before in the Myo-Blitz review I'm not a fan of Pre-Workouts, because I just don't feel it. Well with Platinum Pre- surprisingly I actually liked it. Not that I'm gonna spend like RM 170 for a tub. Here's the info for Optimum Nutrition Platinum Pre-

It has L-Citrulline which helps dilate your blood vessels and give you a good pump.
It has DMAE Bitartrate at 250g, this help you focus.
Their Phytoblend as you can see above, they are there to give you natural energy that is long lasting probably throughout the day.
Another funny thing is the capsicum extract that helps you with heating up your body burn more fat.
Instructions:
8 grams or 1 scoop of this stuff in the blender bottle, throw in some water and chug it down. Finally workout.
Personal comment:
You know what like I said earlier, I like this product. Not because it had an enormous affect on me but I like the taste. Like the Myo-Blitz, I took 1 sachet 30min before work-out and I took the other sachets throughout my work-out Separate workouts of course. Know what? I did feel some buzz but I know it was from the caffeine. This didn't give me heart burns though. I actually prefer to take it throughout my workout. Why? Because this expensive piece of coolaid tastes great. It is really like a refreshing lemonade raspberry concoction. I really liked it.
There is this one odd thing with this stuff man, I got to say. There are granules that doesn't dissolve and when you chew on them, it is spicy stuff in your mouth. It's like eating a chili only not so hot. Warning, it may get stuck in your teeth and you chew on it during your sets. So don't freak out, stay calm and don't drop the weights. Coz it might kill you. kidding.

Another thing I like about this by ON is the marketing and the way they purpose this product. Check the advertisement below. Seriously cool and motivational. I think it was really smart that ON promote it in such a way by reaching out to the audience and using an endorsed athlete who is in the game that know the meaning PRE-. Steve Cook is a good athlete. This is the upper hand that ON has brought to the table, this is probably why people buy/will buy Pre-.
We all buy products not because of what they do but "WHY" they do it. And I think that ON has shown it in this video. I can be honest and say that this is the only youtube advertisement that I looked up for. Unfortunately I won't be buying it anytime soon because I'm low on cash.
Taste, mix-ability and texture :
Taste great, as it say on the label, you'll get Raspberry Lemonade.
Mixes quite well, and there will be granules that sinks to the bottom and those are probably the spicy stuff. Texture is like your regular water.

You can get it at a number of places, whypaymorenutritions.com, musclemaniaclub.com and fitlion.com are the two places that sells them. whypaymorenutritions.com sells it at RM110.00 which is the cheapest. Musclemania is 2nd cheapest at RM120.00 but it's out of stock.
All in all I like this stuff and what it stands for.
