Today I got another review for Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard *** with the bling YO!!! ON 100% Whey Gold Standard is the bomb in the supplement industry. World's Best Selling Whey Protein for God knows how long. Everybody who is at the gym wants one! I myself used close to 10, 5lbs tubs and a couple of 2 lbs tubs. It's a favourite.

Check it; Low cal, low carb, low fat, high protein shake. Great for anytime of the day.
1 scoop(31g) gives you 24g protein. Consist of whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate and whey peptides (protein molecules that are broken down even smaller for fast and easy absorbtion).
More Than 5 Grams of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) Leucine, Isoleucine & Valine in Each Servin

Instructions:1 scoop in +/- 200ml of water or your favourite beverage anf you're good to go.
Personal comment:
This is my favourite protein. This was actually the second protein supplement I took after finishing the awful Horley's Essential Whey. Total bullshit. I was on this ON 100% Whey for about 2 years before I experiment with other brands like Dymatize, Mutant, Ronnie Coleman Signature Series and other. Another reason why I stopped using this is because it's not the cheapest protein out there. I'm on a tight budget and paying RM190.00 for a bucket of protein shake is just too expensive for me. I can get a good quality protein at a slightly lower price. Unfortunately because I'm broke I have to stop using this for a long time.
I used to take this about 2-3 times a day. Breakfast, post-workout and before bed.
I have nothing bad to say about this protein except if you leave you shaker bottle unwashed after you drink this, it will stink pretty bad. That's about it. I've tried many flavours and every single one of them is pretty good. My personal favourite is Double Chocolate, Extreme Milk Chocolate, Cookies and Cream, Caramel Toffee Fudge and Mocha Cappuccino. They all taster great in just plain COLD water. I highlighted cold because some of these flavours don't really taste good in room temperature water. I think a lot of protein shakes don't taster good in Cold water. hmmmmm... But they all taste excellent with cold Milk! Yeah, awesome shit.
Taste, mix-ability and texture :
This stuff mixes extremely easy. Put it in water about 2 or 3 shakes later, it's gone, dissolved nothing sinks to the bottom unless it's cookies and creams than it has some cookie crumbs. This stuff taste great and they come in so many flavours. The texture depends on the amount of water you mix it with. It can get a bit runny But it's all good.
