Hey guys! Today I bring another Supplement Review and this again is from the Ronnie Signature Series. I've finished my first tub of Pro-Antium and here's the review!!

From this protein you're getting 29g of protein per-scoop(44g), 192 calories, 4g of fat, only 1g of sugar and 10g of carbs. You also get your good BCAAs and MCTs in there. They are in a good amount. Pro-Antium is a protein blend and it is a "Supreme Multifaceted Protein Complex". This just means that the protein blend in this bad boy has different release rate. Whey Protein might be absorbed fast while the Micellar Casein and Egg Albumin are slower releasing protein. 

The protein blend is really good and most protein blend supplement has these stuff in them. What makes the Pro-Antium stand out is the addition of 5g of Creatine and 2.5g of Betaine. Not many protein supplement companies are doing this. The 5g of creatine and 2.5g of betaine really means that I do not need a separate tub of supplement for this stuff. Which is a good thing because I'm saving money. Creatine helps in increasing ATP in your mucles while Betaine helps increase the absorption of creatine giving you more energy.    

Instructions: 

1 scoop in 6-8oz of water and drink bad boy.

 

Personal comment:

    I really like this protein supplement. The first reason being that it has that 5g of creatine that i need daily. Which means that I can save money on a separate tub of creatine which cost RM70.00. Drinking this really give me more energy to get it done in the gym. I also like the cookie crumbs in it. really cool to be like chewing on a few pieces of cookie while drinking this. It might be higher in calories but I want to get big and the only way is to eat big to get big.





    This might not be the cheapest protein but I am sure that this has quality protein in it and the added creatine and betaine is certainly worth my money. I really have nothing to fault this product.

    Owhhh, I go the vanilla, not a very wise choice. You really should get the Double Chocolate Cookie. That flavour is really good.

I usually take this 1 on the morning and 1 post workout. I don't take it at night because of the creatine. Don't really want an upset stomach in the middle of the night.

Made an ice-cream out of this protein. Taste really good.

Taste, mix-ability and texture : The vanilla tasted great but the chocolate is much better. It literally taste like vanilla wafer in liquid form. the powder is also fragrant. To be honest after a few weeks of constant drinking, you'll get a bit tired of the taste. I don't know about you but for me, there was a point that I wanted to throw up because I was sick of the taste. 

The mix-ability is good. just shake this baby up real good. You may get some clumps. 

The texture is in between milk and water. not as thick as milk but not too watery as well.

I really liked this product and I'll be going back to this after I finish my tub of creatine. So I got San Nutrition Titanium Whey before I go back to this product.

Get Dem Big with Ronnie Coleman Signature Series Part II

Hello people!!

I went through the Ronnie Coleman Signature Series pack and all I have to say is WOW!

      RCSS Pro-antium is freaking unbelievable. First of all the taste is pretty good. I had the vanilla and it tasted like melted vanilla ice-cream only not as thick and not as sweet. It is sweet and even better with the addition of the cookie crumbs. TO be honest it taste like what it says on the label, Vanilla Wafer Crisp, only liquified. The smell of the powder is really good, very fragrant. (will do an in-depth review later.)

See the white bits sticking at the side. Those are the cookie crumbs.

     However, I had my buddy Eugene mix me up some of his Double Chocolate Cookie, and Dang that is some good Chocolate protein. This is the freaking bomb. I'm actually jealous of this dude for getting the chocolate. Tasted like one of those cheat meal high carb, sugary cookie only difference is you can drink this shit all day long without the guilt. Please don't do this, we don't want you to die.
Here's a picture of my chocolate shake. The color is actually darker then what appears, I took this from my phone, It's a Nokia if you're wondering. Both these flavors mixes easily, no problems.

    Based on our few trials with RCSS Choc and Vanilla shake, it's certain that Ronnie Coleman is here to stay and he means business.


     Next, moving on to the RCSS Resurrect-PM, I got the Midnight-grape. This shit was blue, I assumed all grape shakes are purple, but whatever, It's all good. The taste is really weird and quite frankly, as a first timer, it was at the border line of "yuck" to me. After a while it's not that bad. It has that artificial grape flavor that all grape drinks have. This has the sensacool technology that makes this drink has that menthol feeling. You know what after taking this, I felt like I was dead a sleep. I don't know whether It's a placebo effect or the real effects but I think I need to use it more to actually feel it.

Like I said, this shit is blue, and tasted kinda bad but you'll get used to it. It's like drinking cool aid.

      Myo-blitz, the very first pre-workout I have ever tried. I am not a fan of pre-workouts because looking at most it's all sugars and caffeine, so by my books I can get that from black coffee and sugar, much cheaper. I had Fruit Punch Fusion, and man! this shit has some kick. The taste is crazy, with that sensacool and all that. Personally, I liked it because it's ingredients are really good. However, when I go through my training I don't feel any difference and I'm not really sure whether it has any effect. My training usually last about 2 hours maybe more, and it's high intensity strength training.  I'll get back to this on my full review later.

look at this bloody marry. Decent taste like and its like drinking cool aid.

Get Dem Big with Mutant Whey

Hey guys!! Welcome to our first supplement review. Today, we're reviewing Mutant Whey.

First off, I would like to say that Mutant certainly has a good hype. Endorsing supermutants like Rich Piana, Ron Partlow, Renaldo Gairy and others has  put Mutant products on the map in the bodybuilding supplement industry.

Anyways, let get on with

Basically  per serving(1 scoop) you're getting:

140 calories

22g of protein,  per serving

17g of BCAAs (L-isoleucine and L-valine),  and Glutamine (per 2 scoops)

3.5g of fats 

7g of carbohydrates

2g of sugars

It also has MCT (multi-chained triglycerides) 

  

Instructions: 

"Normal usage: Mix 2 level scoops with 250-450 mL of cold water, shake vigorously for 15-25 seconds, and slug it back!
Mutated usage: Mix 3 level scoops with 500 mL of cold water, shake vigorously for 15-25 seconds, and slug it back!  "

I personally take one scoop because I'm on a budget. 

I take one in the morning, one post workout/midday and one before bed. Don't depend solely on this product as your protein source, eat natural, unprocessed food! *you wouldn't think i have to say this but you'll be surprised.

Personal comment: 

I think that this is a good product. I like its brand and the ideology could be a motivational factor to the customers especially with the I am Mutant Nation campaign. 

The price is reasonable, RM155.00 per bag with approximately 62 servings(per 1 scoop)  which puts it at RM2.50 per serving. 

However the protein content is only 22g, which is not that high if you compare it to other brands like ON 100% Gold Standrd Whey, Dymatize Elite Whey  or the original Gaspari Myofusion.
 

Taste, mix-ability and texture :

Taste (Chocolate and vanilla) i give a 6/10, not the best tasting chocolate or vanilla protein out there. Basically taste like the standard chocolate or vanilla protein powders out there. For the strawberry, i wouldn't recommend, it tastes like antibiotics.

This protein mixes quite well in water or milk. just shake it and it should be fine.

Texture wise, for 1 scoop its not that thick, its like your standard Milo. For me, it sits well in my stomach.

Where can you get it? : you can get this product from Fitlion or Egonutritions. Fitlion has a cheaper price..

Overall Mutant Whey is a good product and I would say that it's worth your money.
