Daamnnn!! Has it been a year and seven months already since the last post?
2014 Seems like just a few days ago. Anyways, there were no updates probably because we are lazy ass slobs who can't keep anything running long enough. Also we have an attention span of a chiwawa. A more "professional" reason why we stopped is probably because we stopped using supplements for more than a year now coz we're broke as fuck. Living on a student budget left us in an ultimatum between food and supplements. We chose FOOD coz protein shakes and a creatine ain't gonna fill you up. Besides, since we jumped off the supplements we didn't notice any difference in strength and performance. As long as you train, you'll get better. Makes you wonder about these supplement ads and their hold on the fitness industry. I have newbies walking into the gym asking what kinda protein should they take, what kinda supplement should they buy. I'm not saying they are absolute BULLSHIT, but do you need them? NO! Will they help? Maybe, some of y'all need that psychological effect that supplements provide. I donno, it's none of my business.
I digress, we all just graduated from uni and there will be no more sports involvement for us anymore :'( So I'm thinking of shutting down this blog or we can probably change the theme of the Blog.
No more or maybe occasional supps reviews, or maybe I'll add a section about food, Cheat Meals, in particular. Give y'all an idea what you can eat in Malaysia, if ever you are traveling to Malaysia, and see how we do it to get Damnn Big by eating, be it cheat meals or regular meals. Maybe a youtube channel focused on cheat meals and the Cheat Meal Workouts before a cheat meal and after a cheat meal. haha
Till then, I'll see how it goes
